Interested to try Windows 7, the latest operating system from Microsoft? Before trying to use it, first listen to advice from Microsoft concerning the ability of PC use.

But, do not be busy to call Microsoft Customer Service to get it. The software giant was preparing an application that is able to give advice on PC users who want to install Windows 7.

Applications 7 is called Windows Upgrade Advisor. He is working to scan the computer and tells the computer if used can run Windows 7.

When running the application will check the needs of the four systems:

* RAM. Windows 7 requires at least 1 GB of RAM for 32-bit version, and 2 GB for 64-bit.
* Hardisk. Windows 7 to 16 GB disk space for 32-bit version and 20 GB for 64-bit.
* CPU speed. CPU speed at least for Windows 7 is 1 GHz.
* The ability of Windows Aero.


Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor can also advise whether a user can upgrade directly to Windows 7 or must perform the installation from the beginning. Applications also will check the device and the program installed.

Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor (Beta) is available for downloaded at the Microsoft site with the size of 6.3 MB. If running on Windows XP, the computer must be equipped with. NET Framework 2.0.
